Déclaration d'accessibilité

Dreamhome Properties is committed to making our Platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want all users to be able to search for property, contact agents, and manage their accounts with ease.

Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

• Using clear, consistent navigation and a logical page structure with meaningful headings.
• Providing text alternatives (alt text) for images and property photos where possible.
• Designing for sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard.
• Building responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
• Writing form labels and error messages that are descriptive and easy to understand.
• Offering the Platform in multiple languages, including English, French, and Swahili.

Compatibility

The Platform is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers. Using the most up-to-date browser and assistive technology gives you the best experience.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. User-generated content — such as property photos uploaded by owners and agents — may not always include complete text descriptions. We continue to work on improving these areas and welcome your feedback.

Tips for a Better Experience

• Use your browser's zoom controls to increase text size.
• Enable your operating system's accessibility features, such as high-contrast mode or a screen reader.
• Navigate interactive elements using the Tab and Enter keys.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Dreamhome Properties. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@dreamhome.co.tz or through our Contact page. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will do our best to provide the information or assistance you need.
